The Rev'd Bev Hervé
Bev was born and brought up in South West England and lived there until she moved to Guernsey in 2003. She has had a long and varied career in nursing, working in both hospital and community settings.
Bev trained as a Licensed Lay Minister whilst worshipping at St Martins Church before responding to a call to Ordination. In June 2019 Bev was ordained as a Deacon at Canterbury Cathedral and is now serving her title part time in the Castel Parish.
During her training for Ordination Bev undertook a placement at St Johns Church and so it was with pleasure that she was appointed as an Ignite Enabler for two days a week as this provides her with the opportunity to share and develop her love of mission and continue to engage with this community.
In her spare time Bev enjoys sea swimming (all year round), riding her bike, reading and spending time with her husband, Pierre and her wider family.
